Mr. Rainey is a graduate of Center College of Danville Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He also has acquired a Masters Degree in Behavioral Science and Psychology. He has completed the Dale Carneige Phone Power and Business Dynamics courses, taught phone sales, and worked in Sales, Telemarketing, and Marketing for over 24 years. While manager, his Imported Car Parts Store for 2 years straight was the most profitable parts store in the "WORLD", for REPCO Corporation, the largest Auto Replacement Parts Manufacturer in the world with over 300 Parts Stores in Australia, Europe, South America and The United States.  He was a successful Parts Phone Salesman for such Wholesale Warehouse Parts Giants as WAWD, Redline, Omni, and Interpart. 

Mr. Rainey was the originator of the Multiple Dealership Parts Rep Concept in California. Established in 1983, he has maintained continuously a successful business for over 20 years. Mr. Rainey has worked hand and hand with Owners and Parts Managers of OEM Dealerships throughout that period, lending his expertise and knowledge to train parts personnel in successful phone skills and selling techniques. 

Trained in "Behavioral Science" he combines his knowledge of interpersonal relations with methodologies of persuasion, and as a consultant, helps integrate them into marketing skills for the Parts Departments. His advanced approach to "CRM" (Customer Relations Management) can help your parts department service your customers more effectively and consistently.
